There is an abundance of full colour union flags/jacks out there in varying substrates from PVC rubber to embroidery and even reflective IR, not so many fully laser cut ones though! why? because it's actually a very technical build. There is a lot of alignment required across a lot of layers!

Construction:
The nylon top deck allows for simple shape removal, whilst its middle rigid section allows for flex and durability whilst retaining the overall shape and adding in the flags white accents. All of this is built on top of a red foundation allowing all the colours to show through true to tone. The patch is finished with 40s nylon bonded thread and stitched onto a hook base.

Sizing:
This patch is available in a 5x3 inch and 3x2 inch version. The 5x3 will suit most plate carriers and chest rigs or areas with plenty of loop.  The 3x2 will suit most helmet cover loop sections as well as sleeves, pockets and smaller loop areas found on backpacks and general kit.
